Terms & Conditions

• All Assignments must be scheduled and confirmed by Phase II (605) 361-4363.

• Please leave a message if we are unavailable at the time you call. If it is an emergency the answering service will notify us immediately.

• There is a one hour minimum time requirement for all assignments.

• No fee will be charged if a 24-hour notice of cancellation of an assignment is received.

• In the event that a cancellation of an assignment occurs without a 24-hour notice, the full fee will be charged.

• These rates are per interpreter.

• Services will be billed directly to the consumer or to the agency and are payable within 30 days.

• A late fee will be charged for balances that are 30 days past due.
