Rates

REGULAR HOURS ARE BETWEEN 7:00am- 6:00pm MONDAY - FRIDAY
Initial assignment: Flat rate of $45.00 ( up to one hour).

Additional fees for time in excess of one hour are:
$11.25 for each additional quarter hour.

AFTER HOURS ARE BETWEEN 6:00pm - 7:00am MONDAY - FRIDAY
ALL WEEKEND HOURS ARE CONSIDERED AFTER HOURS AND WILL BE BILLED AT THIS RATE:
Initial assignment: Flat rate of $60.00 (up to one hour).

Additional fees for time in excess of one hour are:
$16.25 for each additional quarter hour of interpretation services requested.

If you are an individual consumer, paying for the interpreters yourself, please contact us regarding special rates for your interpreting needs. We have a program that may allow you to get interpreting services at deep discounts.

There is a one hour minimum time requirement for all assignments.
No fee will be charged if a 24 hour notice of cancellation of an assignment is received by Phase II Interpreters for the Deaf from the business or consumer.  Phase II specifically retains the right to bill and collect from the applicable business any fees charged due when it receives no notice of cancellation.  It is the sole responsibility of the business and the consumer to determine who will provide the necessary cancellation notice, and receiving no notice does not impair Phase II's right to payment.

The following holidays will be billed at the after hours rate:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day

These rates are per interpreter.
Each rate stated herein is per interpreter necessary to complete the requested assignment.  Drive time (portal to portal) and mileage (.16/mile) will be included when applicable.  Services will be billed directly to a business when applicable and services rendered are due and payable in 30 days.  A late fee of 3% per month will be charged for all balances not paid within 30 days of the date of billing.

A late fee will be charged for balances that are 30 days past due.
