Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to have two interpreters for some assignments?

For assignments that will last more than 2 hours, we generally need to send two interpreters as Interpreting quality can deteriorate after a length of time. This practice also helps to prevent injuries to the interpreters. The interpreters will “team”; helping the other during their “off” time. Some assignments less than two hours still can require two interpreters depending on the content of the situation.

If you are not available when I call and leave a message, what info do you need?

Please leave your name, number and the date and time of the desired service.

How soon should I call to schedule an interpreter?

As soon as you know you will need an interpreter. The more advance notice you give us, the better your chances of booking us.

What if you are unable to provide an interpreter when I need one?

We strive to provide services when you need them. However, sometimes we are already booked and have no one available. We will inform
you as soon as possible so you can attempt to get services from another Agency.
